The process

Most challenges with technology projects can be avoided with proper analysis and discovery that is completed early in the process.  Thorough discussion about what is currently in place, current and future operational goals, existing challenges and how to implement any changes is critical.

To put it simply, we answer incoming calls and reply to emails.  The service industry is known for being very accessible when trying to win business, but disappearing after the sale, when customers need you the most.  We don't do that.  We're there before, during and after the sale.
